For this coming festive season, we have a new street food item called muttar tikki chaat, a green peas patty chaat. Very popular on the streets of Lucknow.
Baoli handi - baoli means reservoir, so this dish offers a collection of seasonal exotic vegetables in a ginger and chilli rich sauce.
A sublime seafood dish - sea bass pollichatu - is on the menu. Filleted sea bass, coated in spicy red masala, and wrapped in a banana leaf parcel.
This autumn the very famous Kashmiri lamb Roghan Josh comes back on the menu. Chillies, garlic and saffron from Kashmir, as well as cockscomb flower extract.
Specially for the Dussera and Diwali season, our chefs have created the Rasgolla Sundae.
This is our new Almond Kulfi which is sugar-free! So that everyone can enjoy a light dessert.
