The fine dining offering covers classical dishes, comfort foods and contemporary creations, from the diverse regions of India. A number of dishes have not been seen outside the palaces & gourmet homes of India. (Please note, Veeraswamy is not, and has never been a South Indian restaurant!)

Veeraswamy focuses on splendid classic dishes from the courts and bourgeois homes, as well as food baked in the North West frontier clay ovens (aka Tandoors).

We also offer a variety of seafood dishes from India’s coastal settlements – it not widely known that 35% of India’s population lives along the coast.

There is an enticing selection of contemporised Indian desserts stylishly presented.
